SHIPPING AND DELIVERY SERVICE

Delivery Method

For Hong Kong and Macau, merchandises are shipping through Hong Kong Post Local Mail, while for internationally, including about 70 cities worldwide, we choose Hong Kong Post Air Mail for delivery.

Delivery Charge

• Shipping cost is calculated based on the order weight. (for the exact cost, please refer to the Hong Kong Post Postage Rate and Postage calculator)
• Only paid orders will be processed by the system.

Delivery Time

• The cut-off time for processing all paid orders is 11am every morning. Paid orders submitted before 10am will be processed on the same day. The actual submitting time will depend on the amount of processing orders.
• The delivery time generally is within 10 days. However, we will not guarantee the delivery time. The delivery time depends on your shipping address. We ship from Hong Kong. The area far away may need a longer delivery time.

Remark

• If a faster or unlisted countries delivery is required, customer can specify other delivery service (UPS, DHL and Fedex etc.) but please contact us prior to purchase for an accurate rate quote.
• Shipping and delivery times are based on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Holidays.
• Delivery time might be delay or affected by vendor respectively, e.g. weather. Therefore, the delivery time will not be guaranteed.

Importance of Shipment

• We are not responsible for any fees incurred by customs, tariffs, and taxes.
• Packages that are refused at customs will not be returnable.
