Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Hung Hing Toys. To protect your rights and interests, please read the following return and exchange terms carefully:
1. General Return and Exchange Conditions

Time Limit & Documentation: Customers must bring the original purchase receipt in person to a designated branch within 7 days from the date of purchase to process a return or exchange.

Brand New Items: Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and complete with all accessories to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Defective Items: If a manufacturing defect is discovered after opening, an exchange can be arranged. The determination of a manufacturing defect is subject to inspection by our company, and Hung Hing Toys reserves the right to make the final decision.

Limitation: The product exchange service is limited to one time per purchase.
2. Return and Exchange Inquiries

For any after-sales inquiries, please contact our customer service representatives first and wait for confirmation to avoid any issues.

Inquiry channels include Phone, Email, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger.

Products returned or sent to our headquarters without prior confirmation from a customer service representative will not be processed.
3. Special Arrangements for Online Orders

For items purchased from our online store, customers must visit our Wan Chai branch in person to process returns or exchanges.

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be refunded through the online payment system.
4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items and Services
Please note that products marked as "Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable" are not eligible for refunds or after-sales service. The following items and services are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

Fees and Vouchers: Gift vouchers, gift cards, promotional coupons, shipping fees, assembly fees, and plastic bag charges.

Special Promotions: Transactions that have already enjoyed specific promotional benefits (e.g., free parking, shopping mall reward points, purchase-with-purchase/add-on items, etc.).

Specific Product Categories:

All electronic and computer products, as well as peripheral accessories.

App-controlled toys, video game consoles, and software.

Blind boxes / blind packs (including gaming cards and Trading Card Games/TCG).

Hot Wheels die-cast cars.

Shopping bags, food, and consumables.

Promotional gifts, festive, and seasonal products.

Sale/discounted items and Pre-order items.

5. Refund Method

All return and exchange procedures must be handled in person at the designated branch.

Once a refund is confirmed, it will be issued via the original method of payment.
Hung Hing Toys reserves the right of final decision on all return and exchange applications and disputes.
